About this space
Haru-chan is a guesthouse with a bagel breakfast from bakery "noRo " in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo.
For the guest, we will serve you breakfast with a popular bagel set of "noRo " a soft and chewy bagel, and a set of tomato curry or soup.
This house has 2 floors with a loft and has a total area of 80m2.
there are 2 rooms with 7 tatami mats size on the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor has a living/dining room with a retro atmosphere.
You can see the mountains, sea, and Mt. Fuji from the loft when the nice weather.
There is lined with palm trees road and Zushi Marina near the house(about 5min on foot)
that reminiscent of Southern California.
The bicycle rack for the bicycle park for 2 bikes, car park(vehicle type/size limit), rental cycle (extra charge) is available.
On-site massage services are also available with advance reservations, so please make a reservation using the reservation form.

Area Information
Kotsubo, located between Zushi and Kamakura, is an area with a fishing port and Riviera Zushi Marina resort where are Beachside resorts, wedding halls, and condominiums that look like overseas resorts are lined up on the beach.

When you arrive, the host assistant will explain how to access the house and the house rule. Therefore, please let us know your arrival time by the day before check-in.

By bus
・ JR Zushi Station
1.Exit the east exit ticket gate and heading to Bus stop Platform 7
2.Take a bus No.40 (＜鎌40＞鎌倉駅 小坪・光明寺)
3.Then get off at the "Riviera Zushi Marina「リビエラ逗子マリーナ」" bus stop.
・ JR Kamakura Station
1.Exit the east exit ticket gate and heading to Bus stop Platform 7
2.Take a Bus No.40 (＜鎌40＞逗子・葉山駅 九品寺・光明寺・小坪)
3.Then get off at the "Riviera Zushi Marina「リビエラ逗子マリーナ」" bus stop.
House rules
・Check-in：15:00～20:00
Check-out：11:00
・When you leave the room, please make sure that all electrical appliances are turned off.
・Please lock the door and window when you leave the room.
・Please follow the garbage separation manual when you throw trash.
・Please keep the room clean and tidy.
・Children are not allowed to use the loft alone as it is dangerous.
*Notice* Please be sure to have an adult accompany with children when using the loft.
(We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by falling from the loft.)
・Please do not take any of the equipment or books in the house.
・ If the items in the room are damaged or excessively soiled, you may be required to pay compensation.
・Please do not through the road on the right side of the accommodation as it is privately owned.
About the bagel
For the guests staying at the accommodation, we will serve you a bagel set which is popular for "noRo ", for breakfast only on the first day.
The bagels use wheat from Hokkaido and there is special softness.
We will prepare the babel set for the number of people in the refrigerator, please warm them yourself.

[Regarding Additional Orders]
You can order additional plain bagels (for a fee). If you would like to order one, please let us know by 12:00 PM two days prior to your arrival so we can prepare it for you. Please note that we do not accept additional orders on-site. (250 yen per bagel)

①Breakfast will be provided as a service only on the first day of your stay.
For orders for the second-day breakfast, please be sure to inform us by 12:00 pm, two days before your arrival.
(Additional charges will be incurred.)
②Breakfast is provided as a service only.
We do not offer discounts on accommodation charges If you don't need a breakfast service.

③ Breakfast set is not available for children under 6 years old.
If you want, please order additional bagels.
④ Bagels, curry, and soup are stored in a vacuum pack.
You can take it home even if you don't eat it on the day.
⑤ Please note that you cannot choose the type of bagel and soup on the day.
